A Garden Full of Delights

The edge of False Creek is dotted with marinas, cafés and restaurants. And there’s the wide promenade of the sea wall, where you can stroll, cycle, rollerblade, jog or just enjoy the view and watch the boats and the bladers slip by. Restaurants like “C” and Fiddlehead Joe’s are on your side of the creek. Just across the water on Granville Island, you’ll find other favourites like Sandbar, Bridges and the Dockside Restaurant, Lounge and Brewpub. The funny thing is, that even though you’re downtown, and this close to so much of the best that Vancouver has to offer, life between the bridges has a calmness that’s difficult to find anywhere. It really is a bit of an oasis.
