My family and I have lived in the City for the past 8 years and love everything about it; from the diverse scenery to the various lifestyle options the city has to offer. Looking for a home to live in was the hard part. Trying to find a quality home built by a developer that cares was a challenge, until we came across Domus, where we purchased the penthouse. Qualex-Landmark built this project like they were building it for themselves to live in. Their entire staff also treated us with a great deal of respect and always seemed to remember that we were the customer. My wife and I have always considered ourselves to have extremely high expectations but Qualex-Landmark definitely met and exceeded these standards.
Recently Qualex-Landmark released their newest downtown high rise, pomaria, and when we saw the unique architectural design, luxurious and innovative interior specifications and green elements we knew they were building something special. This combined with our previous experience owning at Domus, motivated us to purchase another penthouse home for investment in pomaria. It is with the utmost confidence that I can say that pomaria is going to exceed our expectations again and we look forward to seeing this new tower from Qualex-Landmark come to fruition.

We met through my gallery as you were looking to find art for a new development building in Yaletown. I was unaware of this building, Domus and regrettably, I did not buy a home from you at that time. However, at completion, when I was in the market for a new home Domus was an obvious choice for many reasons.
As a developer, you worked with an exceptional design team and delivered homes that had a clean and contemporary aesthetic sensibility which is important to me. After looking in the marketplace, there was nothing that compared closely to your finishing, design and exceptional quality; I was able to move in without a major renovation! There are several features that I believe make your building exceptional:
- Finishing and design detail
- Lockers across the hall and on the same floor - accessibility a blessing
- Separate showers and tubs...need I say more; thank you for this!
- Exceptional appliances including Bosch dishwashers and ovens
- Large parking spaces
- And the artwork, of course!

When Carmen and I sold our place in the burbs after the kids had moved out we were looking to get "back into town" and all that urban living had to offer; walk to work, Yaletown vibe, proximity to everything, etc.
We (Carmen mostly) had been investigating a number of buildings and the day after we sold we toured the Domus presentation centre. Layouts/materials in the show suites immediately caught our eye. No long narrow "tubes"; Domus wall system gave us the convertible expanded living space we were looking for without committing ourselves to a "dead zone" second bedroom. We bought within an hour of walking in the door.
Sales staff were professional, dynamic (and attractive) and it gave us an added shot of confidence re our purchase to realize many of the sales and development staff had bought within the complex themselves.
The online updates and little gifts (chocolates, soap, etc.) as building progressed were a nice added touch.
We've been impressed with the mix of people in the building and move in was relatively painless. There are some glitches (expected) with the opening of a new building (P2, painting of the hallway areas, etc.) , but our confident expectation is that all will be handled with the professionalism and commitment demonstrated to date.
If one needed further proof of the soundness of our decision to purchase in Domus, one need look no further than the local papers and real estate brochures detailing prices (sold) far beyond our original purchase price.

Houtan and I were chatting last night about how happy we are to be in our new home and I wanted to pass our delight on to you. Even though we are amongst piles and boxes (and Houtan is still hard at work), we feel more settled than we have in months, and it has definitely been worth the wait.
I'm sure I'm not the first and won't be the last to sing the praises of Domus and tell you how beautiful the building is. Everywhere I go or call to change my address I'm asked, "Is that the Domus Building?" followed by, "I've heard it's a great building" or, "I tried to buy in there but it was sold out." Waking up this morning, I rolled over to see the sunrise through my bedroom window. Its incredible colours and the knowledge that I will wake up to this for many mornings to come has left a permanent smile on my face up until this very minute.

My husband and I looked at many homes in the Burnaby/New Westminster area before choosing Eighteen Trees by Qualex. We finally bought there because of the appealing architecture, floor plan and location.
My husband and I feel that good service is hard to come by these days so when we do receive good service we feel that it should not go unnoticed.
We are first time buyers and we really did not know what to expect. Exceptional Customer Service is what we received. The sales staff at your site office, Heather, Darlene and Karen were always very polite and pleasant. They were very helpful in answering our numerous questions as well as being extremely patient with us. Paul made a customer service call to our home and remedied a few minor items in a timely manner. He was very friendly and helpful.

Whistler Resort Management Ltd. is a Strata Corporation Management company representing more than sixty properties in the Sea to Sky Corridor. In the course of our professional work we have undertaken the management of many new Stratas that have been brought to market by a variety of developers. Whistler Resort Management Ltd, was engaged as property managers for "Symphony at Whistler". Our experience in taking over this property and dealing with the developer (Qualex Group) was quite exceptional. We found the developer to be responsive to concerns and problems that arose in the first year of operation. The principals of Qualex remained involved, concerned and prepared to meet and at times exceed their obligation to the Strata Corporation well beyond the warrantee period. We found that quality of construction for the complex to be of a high standard and have considerable faith in the level of integrity and commitment of this development team. As an original owner of one of the properties in Symphony at Whistler it has been my experience that Qualex Resort Inc., the developers of the property, have delivered an excellent product that is well appointed, and of superior quality to similar projects in Whistler.

They remedied the items on the original the discrepancies lists in a timely manner (mostly minor). I am writing this letter to state that I am very pleased with the quality of construction and service at Antrim Oaks. As a first-time home buyer, I was impressed with the quality of service provided to Shelley and myself. We purchased a ground-floor, two bedroom unit at Antrim Oaks in May 1996 at a time when the building was nothing more than a slab of concrete. We were most impressed at that time with the service and genuine care provided to us by Bryanne Eastwood as salesperson for Antrim Oaks.
Similarly, we were pleased with the response to our requests and questions directed to Zeke at Tri Power Construction- Zeke was excellent in his customer service style and attitude. Further, I want to thank you and Qualex for assisting us to take possession of our unit as soon as the occupancy permit was obtained.
I am confident that the quality of our unit and the building that we now call home is above average. I have seen many other similar condos in the surrounding area and I have always been impressed with the extra attention to detail that Qualex has shown.
